Activated carbon catalyst carrier // CC series
Activated carbon as catalyst support. Activated carbon has well-developed pores, large specific surface area and thermal stability. The applications of activated carbon on catalysts are: isomerization, low pressure polymerization of olefins, synthetic fibers, rosin reprocessing, synthesis of vinyl chloride, production of hydrogen peroxideconversion of hydrogen sulfide to elemental sulfur and catalysis of methachloroethane. Preparation of trichloroethylene from HCl, hydrogen production from methane cracking, dechlorination of water, production of phosgene, cyanuric chloride, ethyl chloride, halogenated sulfonyl, pesticide intermediates.
